英国央行估算全球金融机构损失已达1.8万亿英镑

中国日报网环球在线消息：英国央行英格兰银行28日表示，持续不断的信贷危机已使全球金融机构损失了1.8万亿英镑(约合2.83万亿美元)。

英格兰银行是在当天发表的《金融稳定报告》中作出这一估算的。

这一数字与今年5月份做出的估算相比已翻了一番。据报告统计，迄今为止，各国央行和政府为支撑银行业度过难关，已拿出总数高达5万亿英镑的资金，其中英国政府最近宣布，将向皇家苏格兰银行、哈利法克斯苏格兰银行以及劳埃德银行注入370亿英镑。

该报告还警告说，如果目前房价大幅下跌的情况持续下去，英国将有120万个家庭面临着承担负资产的困境。

报告认为，在经济情况较好的时期，英国银行业的扩张过快，但缺乏应对不利局面的稳固基础。英格兰银行副总裁约翰·盖夫说，展望未来，我们需要从根本上重新思考，如何在国际性系统风险来临时捍卫自身的安全。
